About Jeanmarie Marquardt

Jeanmarie has been practicing law for 29 years. She is admitted to the New York Bar, the United States Court of Appeals for the Eastern District of New York and the United States Court of Appeals for the Southern District of New York. Jeanmarie started her legal career as a Judicial Law Clerk for the New York State Supreme Court, Appellate Division, Second Department, 1996 – 1999 and was the Judicial Law Clerk for the Honorable Dorothy T. Eisenberg of the United States Bankruptcy Court, Eastern District Of New York, 2000.
Jeanmarie received her J.D., cum laude from St John’s University School of Law, 1996 and her B.A. cum laude in Political Science from the State University of New York, College at Oswego, 1991.
